CISMEF is known as the most important trade show for SME´s in China. It was held in the city of Guangzhou, from the 22nd to the 25th of September where more than 200 Spanish companies were exhibiting.

Spanish institutions were also at the trade fair represented by the Industry, Commerce and Tourism, Minister Mr. Miguel Sebastián.

The province of Canton is the principal industrial area of China.
