17-11-2008 > Ingenium launches the SifLUX

Ingenium launches a device to switch the light on by presence and depending on luminosity sets.

Ingenium as a forefront designer and manufacturer of smart house engineering system, has developed a device for lighting control incorporating a crepuscular sensor.

The SisLUX is a stand alone device (it’s not necessary to have a smart home system and does not need to be connected to BUSing) it will allow to control the lighting of an area through an infrared movement sensor, it has a crepuscular sensor that measures the luminosity sets which will activate or deactivate the movement sensor. This means that the movement sensor that turns the light on will be deactivated if there is enough light (during the day time or if there is a light near) or activate it when there is not enough light (during the night or with blinds shut). Using this device we will maximize the energy savings by switching on and off the lights only when really needed.

In addition, the adjustment of the device is extremely easy, having two potentiometers to adjust the timing of the switch on and the desired luminosity.
SifLUX is ideal for transit areas on dwellings, hotels and offices.
